Pricing

We offer a flat-fee for covering your wedding day and delivering edited, high-resolution files via an online gallery where you can view, share, and download all your photos. 

Our goal is to make things as simple and transparent as possible for you. We hope all the information you need is presented clearly and is easy to find. If you have any questions, feel free to email us. 



2024/2025 RATES

6 Hours: $1950 

8 Hours: $2550

10 Hours: $3150

ABOVE RATES INCLUDE:

- Consultation meeting prior to wedding day to discuss your vision. We can meet at the venue (and locations) and go over details there.

- Candids and portraits on your wedding day.

- Unlimited locations. 

- 600 to 800 edited photos delivered via an online gallery for easy down load, storage and sharing.

- Personal printing rights to all delivered images.  

You can order prints and create albums right from the gallery. You can also download everything and make your own prints and albums. You get high resolution photos. No watermarks.

ADD ONS

- Engagement Photoshoot: $450

- Additional Photographer (8 hours): $900

- Additional Photographer (4 hours): $450

- Engagement Reception (4 hours): $1450

- Rehearsal Dinner (4 hours): $1450

- Expedited Service (photos ready within a week): $650

PAYMENT TERMS

A 40 percent deposit will be required to save your date with us. Balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

We accept many forms of payment including checks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and major credit cards. 

OFF SEASON DISCOUNT

Discount is available for weddings taking place during December, January, February, and March. Half-Day Rate (for four hours) also available during off season.

LOCAL VENUE DISCOUNT

We offer special pricing if your event is at one of several local venues. The list includes: Hall Of Springs, Glen Sanders Mansion, The Sagamore, Queensbury Hotel, The Inn At Erlowest, Fort William Henry Hotel, The Adelphi Hotel, and Canfield Casino. Just write for more details.
